This is actually probably known by everyone who is more experienced than me with computers but during those few hours it took me to find this out, a lot of that was on google and I didn't see anything like this. Or are you saying you can copy the files over to a thumb drive and on an already booted PC just run the setup. The very first thing you should always do after setting up a system? That post is a year old and I already pointed out in the post right before yours that this is erroneous information. The info is not incorrect. Rufus is completely unnecessary. Then restart computer and choose USB to boot from.
